R-Pharm is a Russian vertically integrated biotech and pharmaceutical group founded in 2001, engaged in R&D, manufacturing of finished dosage forms and APIs, and distribution of pharmaceuticals, laboratory equipment and medical devices. It operates manufacturing sites in Russia (Yaroslavl, Rostov, Moscow, Kostroma, Dubna) and abroad (Illertissen, Germany; Baku, Azerbaijan), with branches in over 50 countries including the US, Germany, Japan and Turkey. Japanese company Mitsui & Co. holds a 10% stake acquired in 2017.
